Shipping & Returns Policy

 

We work with multiple brands and suppliers, so shipping times and return policies vary depending on the product you order. Below is a breakdown to help you know what to expect for each product line.

5th Scents Perfumes

 

Shipping:

• Orders are processed according to 5th Scents standard delivery.
• Typical UK delivery: 2–5 business days.

Returns & Refunds:

• Returns are accepted within 14–30 days of receipt for unopened, unused perfumes.
• Refunds are issued once the returned item is inspected.
• Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer.

⚠️ Note: Opened perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Flawless (UK-based products)

Shipping:

• Orders are dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) via Royal Mail.
• Free UK delivery is available for orders over £30.

Returns & Refunds:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
• Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is defective.
• Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected.

Flawless has different product lines (Body & CBD), but shipping and return policies are similar for both.

Verocity / Printify-Fulfilled Products

Shipping:

• Production time: 3–5 business days.
• Shipping times vary by destination. Standard international shipping: 10–30 business days.

Returns & Refunds:

• Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items, within 30 days of delivery.
• Custom Print-on-Demand (POD) products cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective

⚠️ Note: Please check product details carefully before ordering. Custom products are generally non-returnable

General Notes

• Shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays.
• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue.
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
